Bridle Lodge is located in Burton Joyce in Nottinghamshire and is situated in 3 acres of land which includes 2 stables, tack room, paddock, orchard and a polytunnel to grow our own fruit & veg.
People living at Bridle Lodge have access to a wide variety of places of interest, from The National Water Sports Centre, Holme Pierrepont Country Park and Trent Bridge Cricket Ground to the National Transport Heritage Centre and Newstead Abbey.
The property has 5 bedrooms and, as with all Creative Care Homes, a “chill out” room and Snoezelen (sensory) room. Service users living on site are young adults, all of whom have a diagnosis of ASD/ ADHD / PDA with moderate to severe learning disability and additional severe and complex challenges.
The Registered Manager is NVQ5 qualified, is an Accredited MAPA trainer and has a wealth of experience in working with people who demonstrate complex challenges.
Staffing levels provided are a minimum of 1:1 with a high proportion of service users requiring additional 2:1 support.
