Creative Care is headed by two company directors that have over twenty years experience of working with people with complex needs and challenging behaviour.
Tony Pritchard (DipSW, BA Hons) is a qualified social worker that has worked with vulnerable children and their families both in the East Midlands and abroad. Tony has a wealth of experience of working in both a residential and fieldwork setting and he has played an instrumental role in the provision of services both within the private and public sector. He has managed, trained and supported staff teams in England and USA in implementing effective and appropriate strategies in dealing with the most challenging of behaviours.
Richard Wass (BPhil Hons) has a degree in Autism from Birmingham University and has extensive knowledge and experience of working with individuals with Autism spanning over 10 years. His experience includes managing services, consulting for Social Services departments and Health Authorities as well as working alongside the families of children with ASD in their homes or their schools. Richard has been invited to publish articles for GAP (Good Autism Practice) and has appeared as a guest speaker for numerous conferences organised by BILD (British Institute of Learning Disabilities).
In 2004 Creative Care was formed with the sole aim of providing the highest quality service of residential provision. Both directors are passionate and committed to providing care services of the highest quality and both work hands-on alongside the dedicated staff teams of Creative Care.
