Jon Lowe - Executive Chairman

Jon has worked within the Health and Care sector for many years, leading businesses that help to shape services that can meet a growing and increasingly diverse range of needs. Jon has held a number of senior executive positions and now dedicates the majority of his time to working with the Boards of reputable Health and Care providers so they can deliver the high quality services that make a real difference to the lives of the people that depend on them.

Ian Coldrick – Chief Executive Officer

Ian joined the business as an Interim CEO in June 2017.  He has 30 years leadership experience in the Health and Social Care Sector both within the NHS, Independent sector and private equity backed businesses.  An experienced CEO, Business Operations leader and Project Director who can quickly identify and deliver Quality improvement,  performance, growth and outcomes.

Ian believes that the success of any organisation is achieved when there is a shared goal and purpose to deliver high quality care through motivated and valued staff teams.

Michael Bryant – Finance Director

Michael is a Senior Finance Director with 20 years’ experience principally operating at Director Level across all corporate functions in both the third and private sectors. Prior to joining the team at Creative Care, Michael was Finance Director with the largest independent supported living businesses in the UK, and before that was Corporate Services Director with a large healthcare services business for 4 years. Michael operates well beyond the finance functions in Creative Care and provides valuable leadership and support for many aspects of our business.

Shelley Donald - Management Accountant

Shelley joined the Head Office team at Creative Care in October 2014 as the Management Accountant. Shelley has extensive experience in various finance roles within the Engineering, Construction and Health Care sectors.

Having gained her AAT (Association Accounting Technicians) in 2005, Shelley progressed to pass her ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification in 2010 and became a fellow member in 2016.

Shelley works closely with the Financial Director and senior management team whilst also offering support to the finance team, managers and the homes.

Claire Cassady - Office Manager

Claire has worked as a Manager for a variety of companies including Nottingham Trent University, St Tropez and the NHS. She joined Creative Care in 2012 as Office Manager bringing a wealth of finance, administration and IT experience with her. 

Based at Mansfield HO she is responsible for procurement, fleet admin, IT, finance and administration.

Claire also has a CIPD Level 5 in HR Management and is an Associate Member of the CIPD.

Mary Haywood – Registered Manager

Mary joined Creative Care in 2006 as a Support Worker, then Team leader and now holds the post of Home Manager at Sheepwalk House and is one of our longest serving and experienced Managers.

Mary holds a number of qualifications including Management of Actual or Potential Aggression (MAPA), Management of Actual or Potential Aggression Licensed Trainer Level II, Supervising Food Safety in Catering Level 3, is working towards level 5 leadership and management and is currently undertaking a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Lynne Gaskin – Registered Manager

Lynne has over 22 years experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex challenging behaviours, 14 years experience as a Registered Manager and has achieved both her level 4 and 5 management awards.

Lynne takes great pride in supporting vulnerable adults to lead an independent life supporting them to set and achieve individual goals and aspersions no matter how big or small. Lynne is a PBS coach and enjoys developing members of the staff team to provide positive care support for the people who reside at The Old Red Lion. 

Lynne is a firm believer in supporting a staff team to develop there skills and knowledge and encourages her team to have a 'can do attitude ' to making a real difference to people's personal outcomes and quality of life.

Lisa Birkin - Recruitment and Training Assistant

Lisa Birkin joined Creative Care in 2017 as our Recruitment and Training Assistant. Lisa is responsible for processing all applications and ensuring the smooth running of the staff training provision.

Previously she worked for 16 years for Nottinghamshire County Council as a Teaching Assistant and brings with her a wealth of admin experience and organisation ability.

Lisa is based at Head Office in Mansfield.

Kelly Kellett - Purchase Ledger Assistant

Kelly has worked in business administration and finance for The Money Shop, AM Girling & Co and Experian. She joined Creative Care in 2017 as our part time Purchase Ledger Assistant.

Kelly is currently studying her Level 2 Accountancy Assistant Technician qualification and will progress this further to include level 3 and 4. Kelly also has qualifications in business administration and is based at Mansfield HO.
