LOCATION: BRIDLE LODGE, Burton Joyce
WORKING HOURS: Full time – 37.5 hours, able to work flexible hours
SALARY & BENEFITS: £8.25 - £9.00 dependency on qualifications and experience. Probationary period will apply.

The ideal candidate will hold NVQ level 3 in Care or equivalent qualifications and have previous experience either in a support or team leader/ supervisor / management role. You will need to be flexible and understand that the needs of the residents are not just 9 – 5.
Key experience of a minimum 2 years in a Care, Safeguarding or in transferrable skills role. Those with experience and who can evidence training and experience you will find this reflective in your pay rate.
